Reduced price. This item has a blue flaky residue from the oxidation of the metal pins used to join pieces in the roll. We did a test to wash out this residue with soap and water, which produced good results. But we are offering this trim by the roll at a greatly reduced price and AS IS.
If purchased by the yard, we will not send soiled lengths.
