Refund policy
All of our trims etc. are Vintage. They are at least 40 years old. We do not make any claims that these items are new.
Cancellations If you change your mind after you place your order, but before we ship, you may be able to cancel it. However, credit card companies and PayPal have already taken their fees out of the funds, and we don't get the money back if we refund the customer. Therefore we can only refund the remaining balance of your payment. This amounts to approximately 2.6% + .30 transaction fee for M/C Visa, or 3.25% on PayPal transactions.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 Days of purchase, with a 20% restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Cut yardage may not be returned for any reason. Only full rolls may be returned. If you cut even a small amount off the roll, it is no longer re-sellable as a full roll, therefore it cannot be returned.
Items marked on the site "AS IS" are not returnable. If you believe the items are defective, please communicate with us within 10 days of receipt, so that the situation can be remedied.
To complete your return, we require a Return Authorization
Prior to returning goods, please contact Customer Service for authorization to return.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and will not be credited for original shipping costs. If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your method of payment, minus a 20% restocking fee.
